My Approach
I believe that by creating a nurturing environment and providing explicit instruction, I can help all children learn to read. I do this by:
Building relationships with my students: I get to know each student as an individual, and I learn about their strengths, challenges, and interests. This helps me to create a learning environment that is tailored to each student's needs.

Providing explicit instruction: I provide clear and concise instruction in the foundational skills of reading and writing. I also provide opportunities for students to practice these skills in many ways.

Using a variety of materials: I use a variety of materials to activate their senses, such as sight, hearing, touch, and movement to teach students to read and write.

Making reading fun: I make reading fun by incorporating games and activities into my lessons. This helps students to see reading as a positive experience.
